One of the things we do in every town is make a trek to the “peoples” market. This is not where you go shopping for trinkets and t-shirts. This is not your average grocery store. It’s a very raw version of sitting at a table and the waiter brings you lobsters to choose for your main course. Only there’s no table or waiter or “safe zone” between you and the freshly slaughtered. What you see is what will end up at your local restaurant or street vendor.
